SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of controlled directional drilling of wells. Completion deflector assembly for use with a wellbore having at least one lateral branch, contains completion deflector having a substantially tubular body formed by a wall extending along the axis, hollow inner part, outer surface, upper end relative to the wellbore and lower end relative to the wellbore, said upper borehole and lower borehole ends being open to said inner portion and said upper borehole end having an inclined surface relative to said axis; and segment of the first communication line extending between said upper wellbore end and said lower wellbore end, wherein said segment of the first communication line is completely outside of said inner portion of said completion deflector.

EFFECT: remote control of zones and monitoring of reservoirs is ensured.
