Device includes scrambling unit (214) which multiplies the modulated response signal by the scrambling code “1” or “-1” to invert a population for each of the response signals to the cyclic shift axis; extension unit (215) that performs primary spread over response signal spectrum using ZAC sequence set by control unit (209); and extension unit (218) that performs second spread over response signal spectrum after it is subjected to primary extension, using block spreading code sequence set by control unit (209).
EFFECT: invention is intended to improve frequency response performance of NACK signal errors.
