FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic circuits and housings for electronic circuits. Claimed device (200, 300, 400, 500) includes lighting driver circuit (210, 310, 410, 510) and housing (220, 420, 520), in which the lighting driver circuit is located. Lighting driver circuit is configured to receive input voltage (10) between a pair of input terminals (305) and, in response thereto, power supply to one or more light sources (20). Housing has electrically insulating inner surface (222, 422, 522) and electrically insulating outer surface (228, 428, 528) and electrically conductive electromagnetic shield layer (226, 426, 526). Layer of the electrically conductive electromagnetic shield is located between the electrically insulating inner surface and an external electrically insulating surface. Lighting driver circuit is electrically connected to the electrically conductive electromagnetic shield of the housing.
EFFECT: technical result is the prevention of electrical closures and the reduction of electromagnetic interference to (a) the driver (-s) of the lighting.
