FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical corrosion protection and can be used for corrosion protection of underground metal structures. Activator contains coke breeze with particle sizes of 0.2-20 mm and potassium-magnesium mineral fertilizer with a content of potassium chloride of 65-76 % by mass and magnesium chloride of 4-8 % by mass with the following component ratio, mass%: potassium-magnesium mineral fertilizer 20-40; coke breeze 60-80. According to a second embodiment, the activator comprises shungite chip with particle sizes of 0.2-10 mm, potassium-magnesium mineral fertilizer with a content of potassium chloride 65-76 % by mass and magnesium chloride 4-8 % by mass at the following components ratio, mass%: potassium-magnesium mineral fertilizer 20-40; schungite chip 60-80.
EFFECT: technical result: a decrease in the transient resistance at the interface of the soil-anode and dissipation resistance of electric current.
