FIELD: electrochemical (cathodic) corrosion protection of underground structures; filling anode ground stakes. SUBSTANCE: promoter has mixture of coke fragments of two fractions (2- 10.0 and 10.0-25.0 mm) as base and nitrophoska, as mineralizer, ratio of ingredients is as follows, vol.%: nitrophoska, 20.0-40.0; coke fractions of 2-10.0 and 10.0-25.0 mm in 1:1 ratio, the balance. Such proportion greatly reduced contact resistance due to better electrical conductance of near-anode space filler. EFFECT: enlarged size of current- release part and improved stability of anode-to-ground contact resistance. 1 tbl
