FIELD: tests; weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to throwing missiles from barrels, and more specifically to polygon tests. Method of determining intra-ballistic parameters of acceleration of thrown objects in barrel launching devices includes determination of changes in intra-barrel pressure values with their subsequent processing. Intra-ballistic parameters of acceleration of thrown objects are determined as per measurement of barrel wall deformation. Sensors used are strain gauges placed on the barrel surface along and along the perimeter of the measuring cross-sections. Resultant deformation value is determined in each measuring section. In addition, time of passage of the measured cross-section is measured to determine speed and acceleration.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of functional capabilities.
