SUBSTANCE: catalyst is prepared by reacting at least one bismuth (III) carboxylate with at least one 1,3-ketoamide of formula (I): , where R1 and R2 independently are hydrogen, a monovalent saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or together are a divalent alkylene group containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms, R3 and R4 independently are a monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group which optionally contains a heteroatom having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or together are a divalent alkylene group which optionally contains a heteroatom containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms. A method for bismuth-containing catalyst preparation, its application, two-component polyurethane compositions, one-component polyurethane composition and their application are also provided. The polyurethane compositions containing the catalysts of the present invention are transparent homogeneous mixtures that have a relatively short film formation time both before and after storage and are cured without bubbles.
EFFECT: obtained materials have relatively high strength and good resistance.
