FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used by agricultural enterprises. Milk temperature control method includes a device for controlling milk temperature, comprising a milk tank, a thermoelectric cooler, coil heat exchanger, temperature sensor, control unit, setting device, comparison unit. Device additionally comprises a low-potential vertical ground heat exchanger with a heat carrier which is installed at a rated depth, the input of which is connected to the ground surface, the output of the heat carrier is connected to a three-way valve, the output of the first branch pipe through a three-way valve, the thermoelectric cooler is connected to the coil heat exchanger, and the input of the second branch pipe is connected to the heat pump with the possibility of returning the heat carrier to the ground heat exchanger.
EFFECT: use of this invention makes it possible to reduce the amount of consumed electricity and to increase the shelf-life of milk.
