FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a body and a resilient member interacting with object. Body is made in form of interconnected corner plates. Upper shelf of corner plates rests on resilient member and is rigidly coupled with pin entering hole made in resilient member. Plate, binding corner plates in lower part of free shelves, interacts with support element of equipment. Resilient member consists of two series-connected parts. Upper part is composed of helical spring. Lower part is made from elastomer, for example rubber or polyurethane. Surface of the helical springs is covered with the layer of vibration damping material. Damper is placed between the base, on which the lower part of the resilient element rests, and the lower damper surface. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which there is a piston. Piston is made as sleeve with parallel and coaxial with casing top and bottom collars. Copper-based sintered friction material is located between the collars. In the lower surface of the piston rests against a conical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the bottom of the body is filled with friction material. Retaining ring holding the piston in its original state is fixed in the groove of the inner surface of the cylinder.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
