SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the elements of pneumatic systems of brake equipment of rolling stock of rail transport. Automatic regulator of brake lever transmission of a railway rolling stock contains a regulating screw mounted in the body with regulating and traction nuts mounted on it. Control and traction nuts consist of spring-loaded segments and are configured to unilaterally move sequentially along the axis of the adjusting screw under the action of a braking force and a return spring. Spring-loaded segments are in constant engagement with the adjusting screw, forming with it a screw pair. Adjusting screw has a permanent self-locking thread, its profile angle is more than 45°.

EFFECT: efficiency of the automatic regulator of the brake linkage is achieved.
