SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal treatment by pressure and can be used to form inclined side in parts. Device comprises a holding portion and a magnetic portion. Holding portion serves to receive the first section of the workpiece by positioning the second workpiece section at angle relative to the magnetic portion of the structure. In this case magnetic portion is positioned at the first side of the workpiece. Locking magnet serves to create attractive force by which the magnetic portion is moved to the second workpiece section when the locking magnet is positioned at the second side of the workpiece.
EFFECT: technological possibilities of invention are widened by providing the possibility of obtaining various types of parts.
