FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An elongation device configured integrated inside or across a bone having first and second separate sections, comprises a body, a distraction shaft, a permanent magnet and a thrust bearing. The body is configured attachable to one of the first and second separate bone sections. The distraction shaft has an inner cavity along its length and is configured attachable to the other of the first and second separate bone sections. The permanent magnet is configured rotatable about the body and has at least two poles. The permanent magnet is functionally connected to a lead screw. The lead screw is coupled with a threaded section of the inner cavity of the distraction shaft. The thrust bearing is integrated into the body between the lead screw and permanent magnet. The thrust bearing is integrated in the middle between first and second supports in the body. The elongation device configured integrated inside an intramedullary bone canal having first and second separate sections, comprises a body, a distraction shaft, a permanent magnet, first and second planetary gears and an output shaft. The body is configured attachable to one of the first and second separate bone sections. The distraction shaft has an inner cavity along its length and is configured attachable to the other of the first and second separate bone sections. The permanent magnet is integrated into the body, configured rotatable about the body and has at least two poles. The permanent magnet is connected to an axis comprising a sun gear. The first planetary gear has a number of planetary gear wheels integrated into the body. The sun gear of the above axis is coupled with the planetary gear wheels of the first planetary gear. The second planetary gear has a number of planetary gear wheels integrated into the body nearby the first planetary gear; an output of the first planetary gear is coupled with planetary gear wheels of the second planetary gear. The output shaft is functionally connected with the planetary gear wheels of the second planetary gear. The output shaft is functionally connected to the lead screw. The lead screw is coupled with the threaded section of the inner cavity of the distraction shaft. The elongation system configured integrated inside the intramedullary bone canal according to the first and second versions comprise a drive and a telescopic rod. The drive has a body comprising a bending permanent magnet and a movable distraction shaft telescopically mounted in relation to the body. The movable distraction shaft is functionally connected to the rotary permanent magnet by means of the lead screw. A distal end of the distraction shaft is configured attachable to a first bone region. A proximal end of the drive comprises an out-of-round formed male coupler for the first version, or a female coupler for the second version. For the first version, the telescopic rod has on one end an out-of-round formed female coupler configured attachable to an out-of-round formed male coupler mounted on the drive. For the second version, the telescopic rod has on one end an out-of-round formed male coupler configured attachable to an out-of-round formed female coupler mounted on the drive. An opposite end of the telescopic rod for both versions is configured attachable to the second bone section. A kit for bone elongation according to the first version comprises the drive according to the first version of the elongation system, and a number of various telescopic rods. A kit for bone elongation according to the second version comprises the drive according to the second version of the elongation system, and a number of various telescopic rods.
EFFECT: inventions provide the simple and efficient device, which the patients can take home to perform daily procedures of extremity elongations.
