FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding, specifically to the manufacture of a welded article, and can be used in the manufacture of nuclear reactor shells. Method of manufacturing a welded article includes applying welding material to base steel material and performing surfacing. Welding material is deposited from austenitic-ferritic stainless steel containing, in wt%: C ≤0.02, Si ≤0.45, Mn 1.60-2.0, P ≤0.03, S ≤0.03, Cr 18.5-25, Ni 8.5-10.5, Mo ≤0.75, Co ≤0.2, Cu ≤0.75, N 0.12-0.3, Fe and incidental impurities - the balance. Surfacing is carried out by submerged arc welding to obtain a weld metal of austenitic-ferritic stainless steel containing, in wt%: C ≤0.02, Si ≤0.75, Mn 0.6-1.2, P ≤0.034, S ≤0.032, Cr 18.5-25, Ni 8.5-10.5, Mo ≤0.75, Co ≤0.2, Cu ≤0.75, N 0.14-0.32, Fe and incidental impurities - the balance, and having a structure consisting of 5-15 vol% ferrite and 85-95 vol% austenite.
EFFECT: welded article has high strength and corrosion resistance.
