FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to manufacture of laminated flooring from nonwoven fabric. First layer of nonwoven fabric with high shrinkable capacity is produced in direction of its upperbound stretching than the second layer of nonwoven fabric. First layer of nonwoven fabric is made by bushing technology and/or bushing-blow technology from multicomponent fiber and/or monocomponent fiber. Second layer is made from multicomponent fiber and/or from monocomponent fiber and composes or combines it over the area with the first nonwoven layer. Assembly unit of both layers of nonwoven fabric is bonded in such a way as to distribute bonding areas and areas without bonding to the surface of the assembly. After bonding, shrinkage of the first nonwoven layer is activated, so that shrinkage results in a displacement of the areas without bonding the second nonwoven layer across, in particular perpendicular, to direction of surface stretching of the aggregate.

EFFECT: increases resistance of laminated flooring to pressure.
