FIELD: non-woven materials.
SUBSTANCE: device for producing non-woven material is described, consisting of at least one spinning device for spinning fibres, and a laying conveyor on which fibres are laid in the form of a non-woven fabric. There is at least one device for pre-strengthening the non-woven fabric with hot air on the laying conveyor. In the direction of transportation of the non-woven fabric, an additional conveyor is located behind the laying conveyor for receiving pre-strengthened non-woven fabric, and at least one device for final strengthening of the non-woven fabric is provided on the additional conveyor. Preliminary strengthening of non-woven fabric with hot air on a laying conveyor is carried out with the condition that the non-woven fabric, before being transferred to an additional conveyor, has a machine direction (MD) strength of 0.6-4 N/5 cm.
