FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises cooking the food product at the cooking temperature of at least 100 °C, introducing the cooked product into a superheated steam atmosphere containing less than 3 % of oxygen and having the temperature of at least 120 °C, drying the product to the parameter value of aw within the range from 0.90 to 0.92 in the superheated steam atmosphere, packing the product into a container and sealing it. Invention is also a food product obtained by the method described above.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures a reduction in the cost price.
