FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in radio transmission systems of the SW band range. Claimed directional coupler comprises a housing, primary and secondary lines, consisting of conductors, forming a region of electromagnetic coupling, wherein a metal screen is added, and it is fixed by screws on the short sides of the housing, as well as a double-sided printed circuit board with an amplitude-frequency corrector circuit implemented on it, fixed to the upper and lower covers of the housing in parallel by screws, as well as dielectric inserts, primary and secondary line conductors are made on one side of the double-sided printed circuit board in the form of segments of a round metal wire, the diameter of the primary line conductor is 4–5 times larger than the diameter of the secondary line conductor, wherein the primary line being connected directly to the central cores of the connectors, arranged on the short side walls of the housing by soldering, and the conductors of the secondary line through the through holes in the double-sided printed circuit board are made out on its back side and soldered to the current-carrying conductors of the printed circuit board, wherein one arm of each conductor of the secondary line is made connected through a load of 50 Ohm with a shield conductor on the printed circuit board and the housing, and the other – with the input of the amplitude-frequency corrector circuit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of using a directional coupler in systems with a larger transmitting power.
