FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used for pulling pipeline with diameter of 219-1,420 mm with wall thickness from 12 to 34 mm into protective casing with diameter of 1,720 mm at distance of up to 5,000 meters. Rolling bearing for support ring contains protective box in the form of rectangular housing, inside which rollers are fixed on axes. Longitudinal wall of the housing adjoining the support ring together with its two end walls form a bracket and are made in the form of one part. In side walls of the housing there installed are axes of rollers. For cooling of rollers in side and end walls of the housing there are round ventilation holes. In the side walls of the housing, holes are located in the area between the rollers and the longitudinal wall of the housing adjacent to the support ring. Ventilation holes provide the possibility of air movement through these holes when pulling through the pipeline and are located at the same level in relation to each other. In side walls of the housing the holes are placed opposite each other so that each side wall between two adjacent rollers has one hole. Bearing is made with possibility of installation on semi-ring by means of welding, combined together with other semi-ring on pipeline into support ring by means of bolted connection.

EFFECT: ventilation of rollers in rolling bearings provides their cooling, prevents their deformation and jamming of bearings, and also promotes reduction of corrosion in rolling bearings.
