SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric propulsions, in particular to the system of storage and supply of the working medium. In the system of storage and supply of iodine comprising communicated with the electric propulsion by a pipeline, including a valve and heaters, a cylindrical container with iodine, on the side opposite to the pipeline equipped with a loading flange and a spring-loaded relative to its piston contacting on the other side with crystalline iodine. Cylindrical container, on the pipeline side, contains a heater and a receiver, herewith the heater is installed in cavities of non-overlapping tubes sealed in the cylindrical surface of the container and located in at least one plane perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical container, to the outer walls of the tubes, from the side of the cylindrical container, a metal mesh is attached, herewith the receiver is formed by the bottom of the cylindrical container, on the pipeline side, and the outer walls of the tubes with the metal mesh, the outer cylindrical surface of the container between the tubes and the piston is provided with a heat shield and a thread.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the efficiency of the system of storage and supply of the working medium.
