SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for chipping ice and compacted snow from pavement road surfaces, roadways and aerodrome runways, and also to give a certain relief to the old road surface in order to increase the adhesion of the newly applied. Device for treating the surface of pavements contains operating elements, which are arranged to strike the surface of the pavement and return to the starting position by means of springs. Device is a rigid platform with a flat spring-loaded frame with a vibration exciter fixed to it in the form of a hydraulic motor with imbalances fed from the hydraulic system of the power facility. In this case, the working bodies are able to move along the guides and be grouped as needed.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increasing the productivity, increasing the reliability of the structure and simplicity of its maintenance.
