FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of fresh water of drinking quality autonomous production from the moisture of the ambient, marine, atmospheric air. Method of water from the air production includes the installation of compressed air energy generators, cooling the compressed air flow after generators in condensers with precipitation and moisture extraction. To implement the method in a wide range of sea level change, the generators are activated by caissons. Dried in the condensers air is supplied inside the caissons and ensures a constant positive buoyancy of the caissons by creating a fixed pressure of the dried air inside them by dumping a part of the exhaust air into the atmosphere. Caissons are provided with soothing grilles to prevent fluctuations in the water level inside them, caused by sea surface disturbances. Deposited fresh water from the condensers is supplied to the storage tanks through valves that cut off the air entering into the storage tanks as the condenser sumps are emptied.
EFFECT: method provides production of the fresh water of drinking quality with the use of a renewable energy source, which allows to produce fresh water from atmospheric, moist, sea air with low cost.
