FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to production of recombinant proteins enhancing immunogenicity of an immunogenic polypeptide sequence, that can be used in medicine. Protein comprising a sequence of an immunogenic polypeptide and a sequence expressing the neutralizing domain of the growth factor is produced recombinantly, wherein said growth factor is a human own protein and is separated from said immunogenic polypeptide sequence by a peptide GS spacer.
EFFECT: invention allows to significantly increase immunogenicity of various sequences of immunogenic polypeptides.
