SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new recombinant fusion proteins, and can be used in medicine as a therapeutic agent in the treatment of various malignant neoplasms (cancer). The invention discloses a synthetic protein based on a mutant B-subunit of the A1B5 group of bacterial holotoxins, obtained from the B-subunit of cholera toxin (CBT), in which the specified subunit is connected through a peptide linker with a polypeptide comprising a tumor antigen or growth factor, the increased expression of which is observed in cells tumors.
EFFECT: such a fusion protein has immunogenic properties and may be useful as an immunomodulatory agent to enhance immune responses in mammals.
