FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a nucleic acid molecule for detecting the presence of DNA of a transgenic object. Disclosed is a kit for detecting DNA using said DNA molecule; agricultural product; goods. Also disclosed is method for detecting the presence of DNA corresponding to a transgenic object, that is soya; method of protecting a soya plant from an invasion of target insects and a method of controlling weeds in a field using said nucleic acid molecule; method of producing a soya plant using said nucleic acid molecule.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain soya plants having resistance to insects Lepidoptera and tolerance to the glufosinate herbicide.
