SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a nucleic acid molecule for detecting maize DBN9936 with SEQ ID NO: 1. Also disclosed are a kit for detecting, a plant cell and a plant part containing said sequence; agricultural composition, agricultural product and agricultural commodity. Disclosed are methods of detecting said object, methods of protecting a maize plant, a method of controlling weeds, a method of culturing and a method of producing a transgenic plant containing said object.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a transgenic corn plant resistant to herbicide glyphosate.
