SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a solid dosage form having a cholinergic and lipid-regulating action containing, as the active substance, 9-butylamino-3,3-dimethyl-1,2,4-trihydroacridine-1(3H)-one hydrochloride monohydrate 11.5 wt.%. According to the invention, as auxiliary substances, forming the tablet, the solid dosage form further comprises dicalcium phosphate dihydrate 17.0 %wt, sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.2% by weight, milk sugar 69.9% by weight, kollidon 30 (polyvinylpyrrolidone) 0.4 %wt, calcium stearic acid 0.5 %wt, talc 0.5 %wt.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the manufacture of the dosage form while maintaining the required consumer qualities – the dosage of the active substance, compressibility, strength and disintegration.
