SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid medicinal formulations of preparations exerting protective effect against development of atherosclerosis and heart ischemic disease and shows effectiveness in treatment of prostate adenoma. The medicinal formulation comprises the following components: doxazosin, calcium stearate, calcium phosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium dodecyl sulfate, talk and lactose. Also, invention discloses a method for preparing the medicinal formulation. Invention provides absence of doxazosin loss in the process for the formulation preparing, improvement of physical-chemical indices and enhancement of biological availability of the active component.
