FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically to a new imidazolidine-2,4-dione derivative of formula (I), where R1 is -CN, -SO2(C1-C6)alkyl, R2 is -CF3 or a halogen atom, R3 is (C1-C6)alkyl, X is CH or N, Y1 is a carbon atom, a sulfonyl or carbonyl group, Y2 is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, wherein the carbon atom may be optionally substituted with an -OH group, Y3 is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, Y4 is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, wherein the carbon atom and the nitrogen atom may be optionally substituted with one or more (C1-C6)alkyl group, R4 is H, halogen, -CN or -SO2(C1-C6)alkyl group, R5 is H, -CF3, (C1-C6)alkyl group or a halogen atom, each of independently represents a single bond or a double bond. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula (I) and its use.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel imidazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives useful in the treatment of cancer.
