SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to non-contact defectoscopy devices. Controller of estimation and prediction of the storability of objects with structural inhomogeneity comprises a filter, a storage device, a comparator, an output interface. Second output of the comparator is connected to the second input of the output interface, and a laser scanner, an analog-to-digital converter, an input interface are additionally introduced in it. Output of the laser scanner is connected to the input of the analog-to-digital converter, the output of the A/D converter is connected to the second input of the filter, the first output of the input interface is connected to the first input of the filter, the second output of the input interface is connected to the first input of the storage device, the first output of the filter is connected to the third input of the storage device, the second output of the filter is connected to the second input of the comparator, the first output of the storage device is connected to the first input of the output interface, the second output of the storage device is connected to the first input of the comparator, the first output of the comparator is connected to the second input of the storage device.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of diagnostic indicators for monitoring material defects and determining geometric characteristics of the defects.
