FIELD: security systems.

SUBSTANCE: safety system in the open water area, which comprises bottom sonar stations, bottom switchboard, control point, trunk cable, autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicle, is characterized by the fact that the bottom sonar stations, except for local purposes in the protected water area, combine the functions of permanent environmental monitoring of the environment and sonar buoy-responders for navigating hydroacoustic stations of an all-round view, do not require maintenance in terms of battery charging. Use of stationary observation complexes is possible year-round, regardless of weather conditions and ice conditions, and collection of all data at the control point with documentation and visualization, hydroacoustic detection and tracking of underwater targets can be carried out at a distance of up to 5 km from the protected object, in addition, the underwater stations organize a local network. Taking into account that each of them has GPS coordinates, the unmanned underwater vehicle can use the stations as beacons for navigation (ARV HANS). Hydroacoustic complexes have an unfolding antenna with an all-round view, a buoy for determining the exact coordinates, a transmitter for searching, a connector for connecting the cable from the control point, as well as a powerful DSP processor for echo analysis and a digital processor for operation and control of the complex. All HAS are united in the system into a local network with a standard protocol of exchange with the control point. Exchange protocol is implemented at the physical level through an optical fiber pair, which does not limit the system in the distances between the control point and stations without loss of speed (1 Gbit/s) and with good noise immunity. It is possible to reprogram the complexes remotely via fiber optic cable from the control point. SS solves the following tasks: hydroacoustic detection of underwater targets at 1 boundary (up to 500 m from the object); hydroacoustic detection of underwater targets on the 2nd boundary (up to 5 km from the object); monitoring the ecological situation, measuring the necessary chemical and physical parameters of the water area at any depth from 0 to 300 m; charging of batteries, loading the mission and removal of operational information from the unmanned underwater vehicle from the control point; collection of all data at the control point with documentation and visualization; data transmission to the control point via fiber optic cable; transmission of target designation data to the destruction means.

EFFECT: safety system in the open water area is capable of carrying out complex protection of objects in the anti-terrorist and ecological aspects in the under-ice space of the water area.
