FIELD: general purpose methods and devices for spraying and applying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-flow sprayers used in chemical and other industries for processing suspensions, emulsions and solutions. Disc sprayer comprises housing with an internal chamber in which the nozzles are fixed. Each of the nozzles comprises a body with a blast nozzle arranged therein, which is made in the form of an inverted cup. In the bottom of the cup there is a turbulent swirler of liquid flow with at least two inputs inclined to the axis of the blast nozzle in the form of cylindrical holes located at the bottom of the blast nozzle. Also, a central cylindrical throttle hole is provided at the bottom of the blast nozzle, connected to the mixing chamber of the blast nozzle and in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber. In the lower part of the nozzle, to the cylindrical sleeve end surface by means of at least three spokes a divider is attached, made in the form of a perforated disc, convex part of which is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased spraying efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
