FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-flow sprayers used in chemical and other industries for processing suspensions, emulsions and solutions. Disc sprayer comprises a body with an inner chamber in which the atomizers are fixed, each of them comprising a body with a nozzle arranged therein. Body is in the form of an inverted glass in bottom of which there is turbulent fluid flow swirler with at least two inlets inclined towards axis of nozzle in form of cylindrical holes, located in the bottom of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber. In the lower part of the nozzle, to the cylindrical sleeve end surface by means of at least three spokes a divider is attached, made in the form of a perforated disc, convex part of which is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber, coaxial and axially symmetric to the housing, which is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole, by means of a perforated washer, a tube for supplying air to the mixing chamber of the nozzle is fixed, at the same time at the end of the tube at least three chokes are fixed perpendicular to its axis, and in the lower part of each of the nozzles, to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve, a diffuser is attached, on the section of which an additional dissector is installed. In the center of the additional divider, made in the form of a perforated circle attached to the diffuser cut, an additional atomizer is installed, made in the form of a screw drum.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase spray efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
