FIELD: sprayers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-flow sprayers used in chemical and other industries for processing suspensions, emulsions and solutions. Disc sprayer contains housing with an internal chamber in which the nozzles are fixed. Each of the nozzles comprises a body with a nozzle arranged therein, which is made in the form of an inverted cup, in bottom of which there is turbulent fluid flow swirler with at least two inlets inclined towards axis of nozzle in form of cylindrical holes, located in the bottom of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber. In the lower part of the nozzle, to the cylindrical sleeve end surface by means of at least three spokes a divider is attached, made in the form of a perforated disk, which convex part is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase spray efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
