SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of road building materials, in particular to the production of the binder bitumen-rubber compositions for the bitumen based pavement, and can be used for the construction, repair and overhaul of road asphalt and concrete pavements, as well as for the arrangement and repair of bridges and overpasses roadway layers. Invention relates to recycling of rubber. Technical problem solving is in method of the bitumen-rubber road pavement composition manufacturing comprising the stages of rubber grinding, mixing rubber with styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer and characterized by the use of extruder, achieved by the fact, that first the crushed rubber pyrolysis in a long screw two screw extruder is carried out for a time of 10 to 30 minutes in a temperature range of 260 to 360 degrees Celsius, then pyrolysis products are mixed with bitumen until production of mixture, in which the pyrolysis products content is from 5 to 40 percent of the produced mixture volume, after this, to the resulting mixture a styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer is added in the amount of one to six percent of the mixture original volume.

EFFECT: technical problem of the invention is production of bitumen with increased physical and mechanical characteristics in the absence of need to use expensive reagents or increasing the technological process stages.
