SUBSTANCE: invention relates to baking industry. Container for production of brews, comprising a body, to which cover and legs with adjustable supports are attached, inside the housing there is a jacket containing a vessel, the lid contains a sight window, a flushing pipeline, a neck with a hatch installed on it, a geared motor connected to a drive shaft located at the centre of the vessel, on which there is a frame with blades installed inclined to the horizontal plane, in the lower part of the jacket there are tubular electric heaters and a discharge pipeline, and in the upper part - two level sensors and a supply pipeline, in the lower part of the housing there are thermal sensors, the vessel has a conical bottom, in the central part of which there is a brewing outlet for opening, which is connected to the drain system equipped with a pump, a discharge pipeline and a receiving pipeline, wherein the gear motor, the tubular electric heaters, the level sensors, the temperature sensors and the pump are connected to the control panel. At that, the neck is equipped with an insert from the sealing material with low heat conductivity, the flushing pipeline has sprinkling heads located inside the volume limited by the cover and the vessel, the level sensors are located one above another, frame is equipped with scrapers, which are in contact with walls and bottom of vessel, drive shaft with lower part is installed in support, which is a cup with three legs, which are connected to bottom of vessel, thermal sensors are able to collect data on temperature of heat carrier and brewing near outlet for dispensing, drain system is equipped with sewage pipeline.

EFFECT: invention increases safety of operation, reliability of operation, product quality, as well as achieving complete distribution of produced brew.
