FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used as an electrocardiographic method for diagnosing the condition of the heart. Install electrodes, record electrocardiograms. Determine the anthropometric parameters of the torso, determine the coordinates of the electrodes. Interpolate potentials on the surface of the torso. Calculate the distribution of the potential and its normal derivative on the surface of the auxiliary internal elliptic cylinder. Spatial distributions of electrical activity of the heart, total throughout the cardiocycle and over the P-tooth interval, are determined. Coordinates of the center of the epicardial model of the patient and the center of the patient's atrium model are calculated. Epicardial model of the patient is reconstructed by affine transformation of the surface coordinates of the epicardial reference model. Equivalent electric heart generator (EEHG) of the surface type is reconstructed. Estimate of the regularization coefficient for time readings of the cardiocycle is obtained. Reconstruct EEHG of the dipole type. Visualization of the time-varying patterns of electric potential distribution on the epicardial surface, as well as patterns of the change in the coordinates and dipole-point vector of the dipole EEHG of the dipole type, are performed during the cardiocycle.
EFFECT: method allows to increase reliability of diagnosis of the heart condition.
