FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is intended for determination of electric activity of heart. The electrocardiogram is registered and the final diastolic radius (FDR), final systolic radius (FSR) LV cavities, final diastolic volume (FDV), final systolic volume (FSV) of LV is determined. Frontal and left-side fluorographic pictures of heart of the patient are registered. Geometrical parametres of heart of the patient are defined on the pictures. The realistic three-dimensional image of heart of the patient is synthesised. FDR and FSR values are replaced with real equivalent geometrical parametres of the LV model of heart of the patient. Co-ordinates of points of abductions on a surface of a torso of the patient in the right system of the coordinates which beginning coincides with the centre of transverse thorax section, and also the characteristic of electric activity of the Ji i point on a surface of model of heart of the patient are defined. Indicators of heart myohemodynamics in the course of change of electric activity of a corresponding anatomic part of heart are calculated.
EFFECT: offered method allows to visualise excitation diffusion to a myocardium, and also to define indicators of heart myohemodynamics in the course of diffusion of an excitation wave to myocardium.
