SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to the structures of equipment for the out-of-furnace vacuum treatment of liquid metal. Device includes a vacuum chamber with a lid, a stand for installing a ladle with liquid steel and a submerged branch pipe, and is provided with cylindrical nozzles for supplying argon, installed along the perimeter of the inner liner of the submerged nozzle, and a common ring resonator, divided internally by partitions into compartments, each of which having ultrasonic gas-dynamic radiators arranged, the ring resonator being installed in front of the cylindrical nozzles and connected thereto. Number of compartments in the ring resonator coincides with the number of ultrasonic gas-dynamic radiators whose nozzles are directed in opposite directions. Invention makes it possible to increase the volume and increase the uniformity of the distribution of cavitation cavities over the volume of the metal, which increases the speed and degree of metal refining from harmful impurities and increases the resistance of the branch pipe lining. Reduction of the diameter of the nozzles reduces the risk of metal leakage into the receiver.

EFFECT: placement of gas-dynamic radiators in the ring resonator improves their service conditions and improves the reliability of operation.
