FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbulence data reception and processing by communication devices on aircraft board. To this end, said data are taken with several different levels of turbulence within the areas of the turbulence map obtained by the plurality of said communication devices during aircraft flights, where the received data are obtained by: receiving spatial acceleration data acting on each of the plurality of communication devices, and transforming the spatial acceleration data into turbulence data based on the conversion process; and the formation of turbulence map data with accumulated information on the space-time turbulence of one level of turbulence for different regions, by superimposing to one space-time coordinate system the turbulence data with several different levels of turbulence within the various regions received from the plurality of communication devices.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing or eliminating the "false positive" events of turbulence.
