FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to a method and a system for communicating with on-board communication devices. In order to implement the method, in an on-board central control device during the flight the turbulence data are obtained from the flight crew, from the crew’s communication devices which are self-authenticated on the basis of the flight crew’s safety authorization, is received and passengers’ communication devices after their authentication by a central control device of the passenger turbulence data accurateness, the turbulence map data are formed on the basis of the information obtained and are distributed to the communication devices for displaying the distributed turbulence map data thereon. The device comprises one or more processors, memory units and instructions stored in memory and executed by a processor for implementing the steps of said method.

EFFECT: ensured is obtaining a turbulence prognosis during the flight.
