SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of evolving swivel chair. Chair contains a base in form of a frame to which a central rod with a rotating part is mounted by means of two racks at the lower end, on which a tubular rod with a seat is mounted. To one side of a frame, with both ends, arcuated post is pinned, middle part is pinned to central shaft. To the opposite side of the frame with ability to change the attaching point with one end is attached the second post, the other end is attached to the central rod by means of detachable connection. To the end of a rotating part of the central rod is pinned a lever with possibility of both ends coming into contact with stops, located on the seat, ensuring its fixation.

EFFECT: usage of the invention allows to increase portability, storing and operating of the chair.
