FIELD: furniture industry, in particular, foldable sitting furniture.

SUBSTANCE: bench has back which may be unfolded at an angle to seat and folded to seat, said back being equipped with legs which may be folded and unfolded under seat. Bench is provided with locks for securing frames-legs in their extreme rotation positions for folding and unfolding of frames-legs under seat and with retainers for fixing position of back relative to seat.

EFFECT: simplified attachment of frames-legs to seat in their folded or unfolded position, and suitable compact stacking for further transportation or storage.
