FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to handlebars with folding handles. Handlebars with folding handles contains a hollow cylindrical base with hinges that are adapted to transfer the cylindrical handles from the folded to the working position. There are fixing protrusions on the handles. Base is made in the form of a handlebar clamp, which consists of two hinge-articulated hollow half-cylindrical parts, on which jaws are located. On the upper jaw there is a saddle for the eccentric with the lever. Eccentric is connected to the rod by a hinge, the rod on the other side is connected to the lower jaw. Inside the semi-cylindrical parts, symmetrically with respect to the jaws, two pairs of diametrically opposed guide grooves are provided with indentations at the ends. Between the semi-cylindrical parts, there are two bushings symmetrically located with respect to the jaws with diametrically opposite holes for the retainers. Retainers are located in the guide grooves, flanges are made from the outer end on the sleeves.

EFFECT: higher safety of the transport is achieved.
