SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to apparatuses for carrying a scooter. The apparatus comprises a carrying handle and a securing mechanism. The handle is adapted to be installed on the steering stand of a scooter, configured to be turned in the vertical plane. The securing mechanism is adapted to prevent rotation of the scooter frame relative to the steering stand when the handle is positioned horizontally.
EFFECT: convenience of carrying and storing the scooter is increased.
