SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic isolation of equipment with means of broadband sound-attenuation and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as a means of protection against noise. Soundproof enclosure with sound-attenuating system is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped covering the process equipment, process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building floor slab. Clearance between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped is made, designed to exclude the transfer of vibrations from the process equipment to the soundproof enclosure of the casing, and to provide the required microclimate during carrying out the process, the fan is installed inside the casing. In the soundproof enclosure, ventilation ducts are made to eliminate equipment overheating. Internal walls of the ventilation ducts are treated with a sound-absorbing material and an acoustically transparent material of the "poviden" type. In order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, the noise mufflers are installed in the casing, they are installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts. On the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element in the form of the smooth and perforated surface is fixed, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located. Each of the four vibration isolation supports of the vibration isolation system of the process equipment is made in the form of a spring-loaded vibration, comprising a body and a resilient element of elastomer, the body is made in the form of a rectangular base to which the lid is attached, and mounting holes and a central hole are formed in the base, and the resilient member is disposed between the inner surface of the lid and the outer surface of the mounting member formed as a hub with a central bore and collar. In the lower part, the elastic element has a recess in the form of an arch. In the casing, laminated noise silencers are provided, installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, each of which contains a housing of square cross-section, rigidly connected to the end inlet and outlet nozzles, sound-absorbing plates, made of a frame containing perforated sheets, filled with a sound absorber and located in a casing with a certain pitch, and forming flat channels in it.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of noise suppression.
