FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment sound insulation with broadband acoustic suppression means, and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as the noise protection means. Soundproofing enclosure with sound attenuation system is made in the form of covering the process equipment rectangular parallelepiped, process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building floor slab, at that, between the process equipment base and the cutout in the rectangular parallelepiped lower face a gap is made, designed to eliminate the vibrations transfer from the process equipment to the casing soundproof enclosure, wherein in order to eliminate the equipment overheating, in the soundproof enclosure the ventilation ducts are made, at that, the ventilation ducts internal walls are treated with the sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material, at that, in order to reduce the ventilation system aerodynamic noise, in the casing the noise mufflers are provided, installed on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, respectively, at that, on the soundproofing enclosure inner surface the sound-absorbing element in the form of smooth and perforated surfaces is fastened, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is arranged, at that, each of the process equipment vibration isolation system four vibration isolating supports is made in the form of a vibration isolator comprising housing and elastomeric elastic member, housing is made in the form of rectangular base, to which the cover is attached, and in the base the mounting holes and central hole are made, and the elastic member is located between the cover inner surface and the mounting member outer surface, made in the form of hub with central bore and collar, wherein in the lower part the elastic member has a recess in the form of arch, at that, the sound-absorbing element, with which the casing is lined on the inside, is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which the multilayer sound-absorbing element is arranged, which is made in the form of two layers: one of which, adjacent to the rigid wall, is sound-absorbing, and the other, adjacent to the perforated wall, is made with perforation from the complex shaped sound reflecting material.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
