FIELD: measurement; test.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of product quality control and refers to the non-destructive testing unit. Unit is designed for non-destructive testing of gas turbine engine components and is configured to control the connection point between the base material formed from the fibre-reinforced material and the metallic material to be connected. Unit includes a moving mechanism moving the gas turbine engine components, a laser beam source, an infrared-to-visible radiation electronic-optical converter and a control and arithmetic processing unit. Control and arithmetic processing unit is configured to store the gas turbine engine component shape data, control over the moving mechanism in such a way, that the laser beam is emitted to the connection point and to obtaining a result indicating the connection point state from the image generation data obtained by the infrared-to-visible radiation electronic-optical converter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of the gas turbine engine complex shaped components control method.
