FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling gas turbine engine hollow vanes. First at least two external primary parts are produced. Two outer primary parts are jointed together by diffusion welding to produced vane blank comprises body part and foot part. Every outer primary part of gas turbine engine hollow vane is produced by cutting cylindrical ring that comprises tubular wall which has thickness "e" and swell "E" on one of its ends over the entire height. Note here that wall segment comprising E-thick part of the foot and longer e-long foot part is produced.
EFFECT: reduced costs and material input.
