FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production industry and can be used in the study of oil filtration and recovery processes by various fluids and agents. In the method of creating a synthetic core sample, three-dimensional printing and computer X-ray tomography are used. First, an experiment is performed on a natural core sample, and its mechanical and filtration properties are determined. Calculations of similar parameters are carried out concurrently using a digital model. Parameters and structure of the digital model are then refined by ensuring that the results of the calculation and the actual data coincide. Via the analysis of heterogeneities in the digital model, said heterogeneities are divided into natural and technogenic, after which technogenic inhomogeneities are removed from the digital model. Three-dimensional printing of the digital core model is carried out.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of the study.
