FIELD: equipment industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment industry and can be used to form explosive charges from bulk explosive compositions by pressing directly into chamber of artillery high-explosive fragmentation ammunition. Device comprises four-column hydraulic press with upper position of working cylinder and punch attached to its rod, hydraulic unit with control unit and program control device. Dosing device is made in form of screw feeder equipped with load cells. Feeder housing is installed on plate fixed to press columns. On plate coaxially to ammunition hull glass and a bushing are placed, comprising through windows in side surface. Discharge nozzle of feeder is docked with glass and bushing with gap and is equipped with protective cover. Clamping bushing is installed in glass with possibility of axial movement from pneumatic actuator. Working cylinder is equipped with hollow piston and linear displacement sensor located on the cylinder head. Output signal of sensor is connected to input of program control device. Processability of pressing process is increased and it is possible to obtain discontinuous charge with minimum dissimilarity in central zone and on its periphery and reaching average density of not less than 0.92 of theoretical maximum density.

EFFECT: processability of pressing process is increased and it is possible to obtain discontinuous charge.
